{"id":5456,"date":"2018-02-12T16:36:22","date_gmt":"2018-02-12T16:36:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/morningdew.tanshcreative.com\/?p=5456"},"modified":"2018-08-16T15:14:10","modified_gmt":"2018-08-16T15:14:10","slug":"999-rescue-squad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/airtv.co.uk\/index.php\/2018\/02\/12\/999-rescue-squad\/","title":{"rendered":"999 Rescue Squad \u2013 Tuesday nights on W"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"entry-title\">999 Rescue Squad \u2013 Tuesday nights on W<\/h2>\n<p>Air\u2019s brand new series following the work of a specialist ambulance HART team is now showing on Tuesday nights at 10pm on UKTV\u2019s \u201cW\u201d Channel.<\/p>\n<p>The 10 part series follows the work of the Yorkshire\u2019s Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) as it tackles the most critical cases in the most dangerous places.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first time that an ambulance service in the UK has allowed cameras to follow its HART paramedics.<\/p>\n<p>Mike Shanahan, Head of Special Operations at Yorkshire Ambulance Service, said: \u201cI\u2019m delighted that the work of our HART is being showcased in this exciting TV series.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a fantastic opportunity to highlight how our highly trained paramedics work alongside their colleagues in Yorkshire Ambulance Service and the other emergency services in some of the most precarious and life-threatening situations.<\/p>\n<p>Series Producer Matt Richards said: \u201cHART\u2019s skillset and their base in urban Leeds means drama comes almost every day \u2013 we went to two stabbings and a murder in just one shift. Industrial accidents, sieges, shootings, fires, major RTCs and police-related incidents are regular events.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>999 Rescue Squad is on W at 10pm on Tuesday nights.
